I don’t care what people think of me I’m busy. I’ve got magical shit to do.

I saw this statement recently and laughed to myself, that’s me.

When I started  photographing the male nude, some friends asked me to stop, they thought I might be judged, thankfully this made me more determined.

I got my first shoot by chance, once I showed these images on my social media I noticed the attention they got from all genders, so I approached one man, sent a text and a week later got a very positive reply.

To date I have had only one refusal. Everyone lives a very hectic life and time for shooting is limited, so I’m never able to fit everyone in. I can’t explain it I just love taking photographs, landscapes, seascapes, all the seasons, macro whatever catches my eye.

But the male nude is my area, still developing, learning and making progress, capturing intimate private moments and showing them  in my work. I consider my work art, whenever  I’m behind the camera I am at my happiest, free from all the worries of life .

The pictures created are not just by me ,the model plays such a huge part of the process, once a small bond develops and we both want the same thing it all works and the viewer gets to enjoy the results. (sometimes it doesn’t work)

Its difficult to understand the raised eyebrow or the whispers particularly in the age we live, I’m very proud of my work -I don’t care what people think of me I’m busy. I’ve got magical shit to do.
