It all started with a crazy and firm desire to discover, grow, live and emancipate myself, chasing and pursuing what people usually call “dream”!
It was the year 2012, a suitcase that would soon be the only witness of that transformation already underway, I was heading towards Milan, the city that hosted me for almost a decade.
While the first achievements unfolded on the horizon; the doors of a world unknown to me were opened, where people and those who headed the world of media could find refuge in eclectic and irreverent spaces, real creative hubs, safe ports of an expressiveness free from obligations and moralisms.
I was captured by the characters – sometimes legendary – and little by little the task of entertaining and recreating those realities was also becoming my job, a work in which music, art, fashion and design blend and do not prescind.
In a short time the deafening music, the darkness and the night mystery left space for a desk and an office full of clothes, bags and shoes; finally I had conquered a place at that table I wanted, practically my dream was coming true.
On top of the night life, fashion shows, events, trips and unique experiences started to blend into my life, but something was different, people were different, I was different.
That freedom that I had known at the first light of dawn vanished giving space to a society that prefers hypocritical and vacuous formality. The antithesis between “mask and face”.
All of a sudden the cards began to shuffle and the considerations were imminent; is that dream really mine? , maybe it was or maybe it never belonged to me, maybe it was the mask I had chosen for my face, the closest to my authenticity.
After all, ten years have passed and I left everything behind, I quit my job, my home and I moved to Barcelona bringing with me my true love understanding that today my dream is made of sincerity towards myself and what I love.
As the protagonists of Pirandello’s works do not always succeed, but at least they support the fight against the world that wants them homologated, trying in their own way to take a new path, even through madness.
From here another story begins, but it is still completely to be written!
